The site plan calculator

The site plan on the home page is an illustration. Its margins, floor space index and the rate you enter are assumptions, not the regulations or market rates that apply to any real plot. Permissible development depends on the zone, the development regulations in force and the approvals granted, and value depends on evidence that only an inspection and a report can establish.

Maps

The coverage maps show the approximate location of assignments from the last three years, rounded to about a kilometre. They do not identify any client, property or transaction. State and coastline outlines are drawn from public-domain map data, simplified for display, and are not an authoritative depiction of any boundary.

Valuation is an opinion, formed on a stated basis

A valuation is a professional opinion of value as at a specified date, formed on a stated basis and set of assumptions, using the evidence available at the time. Values change. A report is not a guarantee that an asset will realise the figure stated, and it should not be read as one.

Reports are prepared for a named client and a stated purpose. No responsibility is accepted to any third party who relies on a report without our written consent, or to any party who relies on a report for a purpose other than the one it was prepared for.
