The most useful thing you can tell us is who is asking for the report. A bank, a consulate, an advocate and an auditor each require something different, and knowing which one you are answering to lets us scope it correctly the first time.

Common questions.
- What should I send with an enquiry?
- The asset or project, the decision it supports, and who the work is addressed to. Title documents, approved plans and tax records help us scope accurately and can be sent by WhatsApp or email.
- How soon will I hear back?
- Within one business day, with scope, timeline and fee.
- Does an enquiry commit me to anything?
- No. An engagement begins only when we have confirmed scope, timeline and fee in writing and you have accepted them.
- Who signs the report?
- A registered valuer. The report is issued in the format the recipient requires, with the working shown.
- Do you take work outside the four office cities?
- Yes. We take instructions across Gujarat. Send the location and we will confirm attendance and timeline before you commit.
